• Visitor boundary planning
• Newborn transition support without medical advice
• Culturally responsive family support
• Referral navigation when needs exceed scope
• Caregiver training and quality tracking
• Partner dashboard and de-identified reporting
• Future AI-assisted care coordination

What OmugwoCare Does Not Provide
OmugwoCare is not a medical provider, home health agency, nursing service, therapy provider, diagnostic tool, emergency service, clinical monitoring service, or replacement for doctors, nurses, doulas, lactation consultants, therapists, hospitals, or licensed providers.

OmugwoCare does not provide:

• Nursing care
• Therapy
• Clinical infant care
• Medication management
• Emergency response
• Clinical monitoring
• Medical risk prediction
• Mental health treatment
• Guaranteed health outcomes

Emergency Guidance
If there is an emergency, urgent medical concern, immediate safety concern, or concern about harm to self or others, contact emergency services or a licensed provider immediately.
OmugwoCare is not an emergency service.

Referral Escalation
When a mother or family need appears to exceed OmugwoCare’s non-medical scope, OmugwoCare may help identify appropriate licensed providers, emergency resources, or community partners.
Referral navigation does not mean OmugwoCare is providing medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care.

Caregiver Boundaries
OmugwoCare caregivers provide practical non-medical support only. Caregivers may help with rest support, meal support, light household help, visitor boundaries, companionship, Family Care Circle coordination, and non-medical postpartum transition support.
Caregivers may not provide medical advice, nursing care, therapy, diagnosis, emergency decisions, medication management, or clinical infant care.
