OmugwoCare is not a medical provider, home health agency, nursing service, therapy provider, diagnostic tool, emergency service, clinical monitoring service, or replacement for doctors, nurses, doulas, lactation consultants, therapists, hospitals, or licensed providers.

No Emergency Use
OmugwoCare is not an emergency service. If there is an emergency, urgent medical concern, immediate safety concern, or concern about harm to self or others, contact emergency services or a licensed provider immediately.

User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, respect the privacy of others, use OmugwoCare appropriately, and avoid submitting false, harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate information.

Caregiver Applicant Terms
Submitting a caregiver application does not guarantee selection, employment, contract, placement, or approval. OmugwoCare may require interviews, background checks, reference checks, identity verification, training, and ongoing quality review.

No Guarantee of Caregiver Placement
OmugwoCare may help review caregiver matching requests, but does not guarantee caregiver availability, placement, timing, suitability, or outcome.

Intellectual Property
OmugwoCare, Omugwo LLC, The Omugwo Village: 40 Days of Care, related content, logos, copy, designs, workflows, and materials are owned by or licensed to Omugwo LLC. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use OmugwoCare materials without written permission.

Third-Party Links
The website or app may contain links to third-party websites or resources. OmugwoCare is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

Limitation of Liability
