The Omugwo Village Pilot is designed to help partners test a structured support model that centers the mother, organizes the family’s village, supports caregiver matching requests, and provides de-identified implementation reporting.

OmugwoCare prioritizes privacy and responsible reporting.
Partner reports should be aggregated and de-identified. Reports may include:
Reports should not include individual medical information, diagnosis, treatment details, sensitive health information, or identifiable private family information unless legally reviewed and specifically authorized.
Non-Medical Scope
OmugwoCare is not a medical provider, home health agency, nursing service, therapy provider, diagnostic tool, emergency service, clinical monitoring service, or replacement for licensed providers.
OmugwoCare provides practical non-medical postpartum support and care navigation.
If family needs exceed OmugwoCare’s scope, OmugwoCare supports referral navigation and encourages the family to contact appropriate licensed providers, emergency services, or community resources.
